Brooke ChappellBrooke Chappell is a Marketing Consultant for a financial services company in San Francisco. Prior to her current position, Brooke’s experience has included serving as director for a national nonprofit health care organization and in health care public relations. Brooke currently sits on the San Francisco Republican County Central Committee and is Vice Chair of Events. Brooke is also a member of the California Women’s Leadership Association and is the Bay Area Membership Chair.

Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.




Ray Grangoff Ray Grangoff is a very active volunteer for the Republican Party and was recently elected Associate Representative of the California Republican Party. Earlier this year, he was recognized as the Republican Party of Orange County’s Volunteer of the Month. He regularly registers voters, speaks to high school and college groups, walks precincts and donates his time at his county’s party headquarters when needed. Ray serves on the Orange County Young Republicans’ Board of Directors as Volunteer Chair. In 2008, Ray had the honor of serving as a delegate to the Republican National Convention.

At the policy level Ray, has worked to ensure that conservative principles are implemented. He currently serves as policy advisor to Orange County Board of Supervisors Chair Patricia C. Bates. Prior to joining the supervisor’s staff, Ray was Director of Public Affairs for the Apartment Association of Orange County; one of the state’s foremost advocates for private property rights and free enterprise. Ray’s other past policy experience includes working on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant. Ray served on the Education and the Workforce Committee’s staff under the chairmanships of Representative John Boehner (R-OH) and Representative Buck McKeon (R-CA). Additionally, Ray was elected to the San Lorenzo Unified School District Board of Education where he served for four years.

A native Californian, Ray grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and now resides in Orange County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Hayward and a Master of Arts from George Washington University.
