SACRAMENTO, CA – U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina today earned the endorsement of New Majority California, marking the continued support building behind Fiorina’s campaign.
“We see Carly Fiorina as a candidate who will take the fight directly to Barbara Boxer and prevail. She will stand in sharp contrast to Boxer’s out-of-touch policies that have brought tax increases, ObamaCare and massive bailouts with taxpayer money,” said New Majority Chairman Larry Higby. “Carly has the charisma to motivate the Republican base to turn out in November and the compassion that will allow her to connect with independent and Democratic voters.”
New Majority was founded in Newport Beach in 1999 to promote fiscally responsible governance by supporting mainstream Republicans across California. The organization’s political action committee advances this effort by supporting fiscally conservative Republican candidates, building coalitions to achieve its public policy goals and engaging voters who share core Republican values. Today, New Majority has 350 members in four chapters in Southern California.
“As a true political outsider running against three career politicians, it will take a strong and broad coalition of Californians willing to step forward to work to retire Barbara Boxer and replace her with a real fiscal conservative who also has the real-world experience we need in Washington right now,” said Fiorina. “I am honored today to have the support of New Majority California and am thankful to the coalition of Californians uniting behind my campaign. Together, we can take our government back and make it work for us.”
