SACRAMENTO, CA – In recognition of her firmly pro-life values, U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina today earned the endorsement of the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund, a national pro-life political action committee.
“We’ve been waiting for Carly Fiorina for a long time – in fact, since the day Barbara Boxer was elected to the U.S. Senate. From a pro-woman, pro-life perspective, there could be no greater contrast. Carly embraces and advances the rights of women and unborn children, following in the footsteps of the earliest women in politics. Susan B. Anthony and the early feminists understood, as Carly Fiorina does, that undermining the rights of one never advances the rights of another,” said Susan B. Anthony List Chairwoman Marjorie Dannenfelser.
“I share the Susan B. Anthony List’s commitment to the rights of women and the unborn, and I am honored to have the organization’s endorsement of my campaign for U. S. Senate against Barbara Boxer,” added Fiorina.
The Susan B. Anthony List was founded in 1992 to advance, mobilize, represent and activate pro-life women in the political and legislative process. The organization trains pro-life political activists across the country, champions pro-life legislation in Congress, educates female voters and helps elect pro-life women to Congress. Today, the Susan B. Anthony List boasts a network of more than 280,000 Americans across the country.
